Honest DFYNE review

Is DFYNE worth it? I’ve been wearing DFYNE for years across from heavy training sessions to everyday wear. So I’ve had the chance to test most of their collections extensively. As a coach and long time DFYNE wearer, I’ve put together an honest review to help you decide whats actually worth buying. So whilst the short answer is YES it is definitely worth it I’ll also be completely transparent. Not every collection is the same. There are pros and cons depending on the fabric, compression, stretch and the type of training you do.

IMACT

Impact is the most sculpting and compressive of all of the collections. With a thicker supportive fabric Perfect if you want to give the illusion of bigger glutes & Smaller waist.

Runs true to size/ slightly small

PROS

CONS

  • Slight size inconsistency (The lighter colours have more stretch whilst the darker colours are more tightly fitted)

ORIGIN

My Favourite Collection! This is DFYNE’s softest fabric, It is Buttery soft and super comfortable. The tops and flares are extremely flattering! They have 3 different lengths to choose from in the flares.

DEFY

Defy is a more lightweight buttery fabric. The bottoms have invisible contour zones. This collection is great if you want something slightly more comfortable and less compressive. Runs Large

DFYNE blue activewear set sizing review and fit

DYNAMIC

Dynamic is one of the OG collections. Similar to the impact but with a more aggressive butt scrunch & a much higher waist band. Slightly more stretchy than Impact.

Runs true to Size.

CONS

  • Very high waist band

VISION

Vision is a slightly more unique collection. With a mid/ low ribbed crossover waist band. Softly supported fabric, invisible scrunch & Glute contouring.

  • Soft sculpting fabric

  • Great unique pieces

CONS

  • The straps on the vision long line tops are very tight
